Syncing google tasks to blackberry

The problem:

Google tasks mobile version (as of now, May 2010) is only a web page. It works great allowing to add tasks, mark them done, and view the list as it was organized from a full-featured browser elsewhere. Cons: slow, to access it, one needs to start a browser and load a bookmerked google tasks. Adding is even slower and requires a data connection.

Blackberry tasks are very inconvenient – (1)adding a new task is a slow and a very involved process with many clicks and unneeded options. (2) it doesn’t allow prioritization of tasks by moving them up or down the list. It is very inconvenient.

What is lacking in both: (1) syncing and (2) the ability to add a new task on the fly – with minimum clicks (say while doing something else).

The solution:

1. Install GmailTasksSync. ($5).

I needed to hard restart the blackberry (removed the battery) to make it work

2. Install free rolecall tasks lite

It is not that great in organizing tasks, but has a great feature, (1) as it opens, you can start typing a new task right away , (2)it is saved instantly in blackberry memory, and (3) it goes in the native blackberry task application (4) which we just synced to google tasks using GmailTaskSync.

The entered task goes on the top of the list, which is convenient. Sorting can be done later using a full featured browser.

Thus now, there is an easy and quick way to add new tasks to google tasks on the fly from blackberry (via Role Call Tasks lite) and viewing the Google Tasks via blackberry browser.

(Still prioritizing the task list by changing the order of tasks can not be done on blackberry.)

R. VANWIJK writes about possible role of DNA in generation of biophotons

Bio-photons and Bio-communication

Journal of Scientific Exploration, Vol. 15, No. 2, pp. 183–197, 2001
"The hypothesis that photon emission originates from the relaxation of superhelical DNA is based on the possibility of excimer formation of polynucleotides at room temperature within the lowest long-living triplet states of DNA. The excimer complex is relatively stable and forms a photon trap since its free energy is lower than that of the molecular fragments. The natural tendency of exciplexes and excimers to absorb photons and to create excited states associated with ordered and more compact biostructures, e.g., con-
densed chromatin in the nucleus, fits well with the idea that the relaxation of DNA superstructures releases photons (Nagl and Popp, 1983a, 1983b, 1987; Popp et al., 1978; Popp, 1984; Popp and Chang, 1998; Rattemeyer et al., 1981). In this respect the biophoton emission of fractionated mammalian cells are of interest (VanWijk & Van Aken, 1991; VanWijk et al., 1995a, 1995b, 1997). Biophoton emission was detected in fractions containing nuclei and structured DNA. However, emission was not detected in purified DNA, neither was it in cell fractions containing cytosol, mitochondria, or ribosomes."

Sinusitis

Testimonial  "Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
This small laser light pen cured my Sinusitis. A small red light laser pointer pen was used. 650nm less than 4mw. Dosage 5 one-minute applications weekly over 5 weeks. Two-times inside my nose. Once on the side of my nose. Two times on my vein on my arm. Simply placed the laser pen against my skin in each case and pressed the pen on for one minute. It worked for my friends bad toothache, 1 one-minute application in the middle of his left ear lobe. It seems to work through the skin on the blood somehow."
